Job Description:-
Business Development
Develops, communicates and executes the strategic sales plan (people, price & marketing). Keeps abreast of competition and implements of appropriate sales strategies and tactics in order to effectively compete against the competition.
People Management
Recruits, trains, develop, manage, lead the productivity of Sales team.
Provide sales mentoring and development to the team to raise the level of sales acumen within the company.
Set goals/targets for the sales team, ensuring productivity, compliance, maximizing utilization, Acts as an extension of the training department by personally delivery and overseeing sales training.
Financial Performance Management
- Forecasts accurately and ensures delivery as per forecast.
- Delivers the revenue targeted in the department sales plans.
- Close new business as per Budget Grows the number of leads generated through networking, builders and other sales activities.
- Drives the conversion of leads and enquiries into profitable business.
- Marketing of additional products and services to existing clients.
- Develops strategy to get facility management of commercial complexes, Institutes, Residential Colonies etc. by other developers.
- Head the client relationship management for facility division.
- Close coordination with the operations team while negotiating with prospective clients.
Desired Profile:- Candidate must have prior experience of Sales in Facilities Management.

Department/ Position Vacant:- Commercial/Facility Executive (Soft Services)
Job Summary:- A Commercial Executive position requires a hard-working, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to oversee the operations of the daily activities and processes of the facilities. This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as someone who is able to maintain composure in stressful situations. As a commercial executive, you will be required to oversee and coach all employees regarding conduct, professionalism, job requirements, and scheduling.
Reporting To:- Building Head/Estate Manager
Schedule:- This is a full time position.
Required Experience and Skill Set:- Prior operational experience of at least 4-5 years in facility industry is mandatory High school Diploma preferred. Degree in Hospitality management desired.
Physical Requirements:- Should be physically fit and mentally robust.
Major area of responsibilities and Key Duties:-
- Ensure that department circulars/instructions/various policy letters issued by the company are followed strictly by the concerning staff.
- Ensure that Security/ Housekeeping of the building is of a highest order.
- Ensure a smooth interaction with all the guests/ clients of the building.
- Ensure timely billing to all the tenants.
- Make a positive follow up with clients for timely recoveries.
- Update FM/AM on client/ vendor/agencies issues, if any, and to make a written correspondence with them as per instructions.
- Ensure that at all the times discipline by one and all is maintained in the premises and to boost up the moral of Housekeeping/ security personnel’s/ technicians etc.
- Ensure timely availability of office stationary/ tea/ coffee.
- Ensure the availability of Housekeeping & Security personnel’s as per scheduled shift & in proper uniform.
Experience:- Minimum 05 Years.
